## 1. What me.engineer is me.engineer helps you plan, design and build low-voltage electronic prototypes. It produces guidance, component suggestions and wiring diagrams from a catalog of known parts. It is a planning aid, not a certification body and not a substitute for your own judgement. ## 2. Your account You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to register. ## 3. What you may build with it The platform is limited to direct-current projects at or below 24 V. Mains-powered equipment, medical devices, life-safety systems, vehicles and aircraft are out of scope and requests for them are refused. ## 4. Your content Your projects, notes and photographs remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store and display them back to you and to operate the service. ## 5. Availability and changes We may change or suspend features. Where a change materially alters these terms we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue. ## 6. Ending the agreement You may delete your account at any time from your profile. Deletion is irreversible after the recovery window stated on the deletion page.

**You build at your own risk.** The guidance this platform produces is generated from a component catalog and reviewed by rules, not by an engineer who has seen your bench. - The platform covers **direct current at or below 24 V only**. Never connect any part of a project described here to mains electricity. - Batteries — lithium cells in particular — can vent, burn or explode when shorted, over-charged or physically damaged. Follow the manufacturer's datasheet over anything you read here. - Verify every connection against the datasheet of the part in front of you before applying power. Component pinouts vary between revisions and between suppliers. - Soldering, cutting and 3D printing carry burn, fume and injury risks that are yours to manage. Use eye protection and ventilation. - If a step does not make sense to you, stop and ask rather than proceeding. Nothing here is time-critical. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for damage, injury or loss arising from a project built with this platform.
